| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨利巴韦林凝胶剂的处方、制备方法和质控标准。方法 以卡波姆-940作凝胶基质，制备利巴韦林凝胶剂；采用一阶导数光谱法测定凝胶剂中利巴韦林的含量。结果 平均回收率为100．21％，RSD为0．82％(n=8)。结论 方法稳定、简便易行、快速、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Preparation and Study on the Quality Standard of Ribavirin Gel |

| Abstract: | Aim The formula,preparation method and quality standard of ribavirin gel were studied.Methods The ribavirin gel was prepared with Carbomer-940 which served as gel stroma.The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used for the determination of ribavirin in the gel.Results The average recovery was 100.21%and RSD was 0.82%(n=8).Conclusion This method was found to be stable,simple,accurate,and can be used for quality control. |
