石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定泛昔洛韦中痕量钯

摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定泛昔洛韦中痕量钯。用1%盐酸处理样品,氘灯背景校正。3种不同浓度的加样回收率分别为101.3%、105.3%、109.5%,RSD分别为4.3%、0.8%、1.5%。

Abstract:The graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)was established for determination of the trace palladium in famciclovir.The sample was digested by 0,1%HCI,the background interference was eliminated by D_2-lamp. The recoveries of three concentrations were 101.3%,105.3% and 109.5%,with R SDs of 4.3%,0.8% and 1.5%,respectirely.
