长期服用抗精神病药者龋病情况

目的:了解长期服用抗精神病药的精神分裂症患者患龋现状及其主要影响因素。方法:对1200例精神分裂症患者,按照WHO1997年版口腔健康调查基本方法和标准器材进行检查。结果:在1200例患者中,患龋者1051例,占87.58%,总龋数5184颗,龋均4.32颗;其中,中、深龋3718颗,占71.72%,残根,残冠842颗,占16.24%。不同服药时间患龋齿的数量存在统计学差异(χ2=611.704,P=0.001)。10-15a组>大于15a组>5-10a组>1-5a组>小于1a组。不同服药时间患龋齿的数量存在统计学差异(F=598.19,P=0.0001)。服药时间与龋齿数存在较强相关,有统计学意义(rs=0.8547,P=0.0001)。结论:精神分裂症患者患龋率高,服药时间越长龋病越严重,口腔卫生差,对龋病也有一定影响,建议要重视使用抗精神病药的精神分裂症患者的口腔卫生健康问题,并采取有利措施预防和治疗长期使用抗精神病药的精神分裂症患者的口腔疾病。

THE CARIES STATUS OF SCHIZOPHRENIA PATIENTS WITH LONG-TERM NEUROLEPTICS TAKING

Objective:To understand the caries status of schizophrenia patients with long-term neuroleptics taking and major impact factors.Methods:A survey was conducted among 1200 schizophrenia patients with WHO Oral Health Surveys Basic Methods(4th edition,1997)and related equipments.Results:Among the 1200 patients,1051 cases,had caries,accounting for 87.58%.Altogether there were 5184 teeth having caries with an average of 4.32.Of the caries teeth,3718 were moderate and severe caries,accounting for 71.72%,842 nudes and residual crowns,accounting for 16.24%.Statistics differences were observed among different age groups(F=598.18,P=0.0001),with the caries in 10-15 a group> 15 a group>5-10 a group>1-5a group> 1 a group.Duration of taking neuroleptics was related to the number of teeth with caries,showing statistics meaning(r_s=0.8547,P=0.0001).Conclusion:The rate of having caries is high in schizophrenia patients with long-term neuroleptics taking and the caries status is severe.The longer duration of taking neuroleptics is,the more serious the caries status is.The oral hygiene of the patients is also a reason causing caries.We suggest attention should be paid to the situation of oral hygiene of patients with long-term neuroleptics taking,and active prevention measures should be taken.
