2001~2005年济宁市卫生防疫站直管医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

摘    要:目的]了解济宁市医疗机构卫生消毒工作状况,保障医务人员和患者的卫生安全。方法]对2001年3月至2005年11月济宁市卫生防疫站直管的62家医疗机构的消毒检测结果进行分析。结果]合计检测各类样品7485份,合格率为82.8%。2001~2005年合格率分别为79.3%、85.2%、87.5%、86.9%、88.0%(P〈0.01);1181份室内空气细菌合格率为46.0%,1019份医务人员手合格率为92.8%,4009份物体表面细菌合格率为85.8%,1276份消毒液合格率为99.5%;4类样品医院与其他医疗机构合格率的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论]济宁市直管医疗机构的消毒合格率逐年提高。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the situation of disinfection of medical institution in Ji'ning city and protect the health of doctors and patients.Methods]To analyze the surveillance results of disinfection of 62 medical institutions,which was administrated by Ji'ning center for disease control and prevention from March 2001 to November 2005.Results]7 485 samples were tested,the eligibility rate was 82.8%.From 2001 to 2005,the eligibility rate was 79.3%,85.2%,87.5%,86.9% and 88.0%,respectively.For 1 181 samples of air bacteria,the eligibility rate was 46.0%;for 1 019 samples of the bacteria on the doctors' hands,the eligibility rate was 92.8%;for 4 009 samples of the bacteria on the surface,the eligibility rate was 85.8%;for 1 276 samples of disinfectant,qualified rate was 99.5%.There was no significant difference between the 4 sorts of samples drown out from hospitals and the 4 sorts of samples drown out from the other medical institution.Conclusion]From 2001 to 2005,the eligibility rate of disinfection was gradually increased in Ji'ning's medical institution.
