超声诊断功能失调性子宫出血的临床价值

目的 探讨超声检查在功能失调性子宫出血中的应用及临床价值,提高功能失调性子宫出血的临床诊断水平.方法 回顾分析48例功能失调性子宫出血病例的临床资料,总结其临床表现及超声声像.结果 48例功能失调性子宫出血有子宫内膜增厚(内膜厚＞ 1.2 cm) 29例,子宫均匀性增大40例,一侧卵泡囊肿或黄体囊肿21例,两侧均可见卵泡囊肿或黄体囊肿的7例,两侧或一侧卵巢饱满或稍大11例.结论 超声是功能失调性子宫出血最方便,有效的检查方法,有很好的可信性,对临床有很大实用价值.

The Clinical Value of Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To investigate the application and clinical value of Ultrasound examination in diagnosis of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and to improve the clinical diagnosis levels of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in the clinical data of 48 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and the clinical manifestations and sonograms were summarized.Results There were 29 cases with endometrial thickening(within the thickness of greater than 1.2 cm)in 48 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,40 cases of uniformity hypertrophy of uterine,21 cases with monolateral follicular cyst or corpus luteum cyst,7 cases with bilateral follicular cyst or corpus luteum cyst,and 11 cases with monolateral or bilateral full or slightly larger of ovarian.Conclusion Ultrasound is the most convenient and effective diagnosis method of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and has good credibility and clinical value.
