摘    要:为探讨活性氧 (ROS)致正常精子膜损伤机理 ,采用硫巴比妥酸法 (TBA)检测 ROS攻击后精子膜脂质过氧化产物— MDA。结果发现 :与对照组相比 ,ROS攻击后的正常精子膜脂质过氧化损伤明显加重 ,MDA含量显著增高(P<0 .0 0 1)。提示 :ROS可导致精子膜脂质过氧化损伤 ,影响正常精子功能

Abstract:To study the mechanism of normal sperm damage induced by reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA) was measured by thiobarbituric acid method after spermatozoa was attacked by ROS. Compared with control group, after spermatozoa in the treatment group were incubated with ROS, damage of lipid peroxidation in sperm membrane was significantly aggravated and concentration of MDA was significantly increased ( P <0 001). It suggested that ROS could induce damage of lipid peroxidation in sperm membrane and influence normal sperm functions.
