珠海城区初中学生行为问题及相关因素

摘    要:目的了解珠海市城区初中学生行为问题的现状及相关因素。方法采用整群、分层、随机抽样方法 ,抽取珠海市 4所中学的初一至初三学生 12 2 3名 ,男 63 8名 ,女 5 85名 ,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表 (CBCL) ,对家长或监护人进行调查。结果初中生行为问题总检出率为 14 .3 % ,在各因子中 ,以男生的多动 ( 4 .5 % )及女生的分裂样 ( 4 .4% )最高 ,以男性的交往不良 ( 1.1% )及女性的体诉 ( 1.0 % )最低。检出率的差别与父亲的职业有关 ,与学生性别、是否独生子女、民族、父母文化等无关。结论初中学生的行为问题不容忽视 ,须采取有效措施进行预防及干预。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo know about the status quo of behavior problems of middle-school students in Zhuhai city and explore related factors. MethodsBy using Cluster sampling, Stratified sampling, and Random sampling 1 223 middle-school students ranging from grade one to grade three in the 4 middle schools of Zhuhai City were surveyed with Achenbach Child Behavior Check List (CBCL). Results The total investigation rate of middle-school students' behavior problems is 14.3%. Among all the factors, hyperactivity of males (4.5%) and schizoid of females ( 4.4%) are the highest, while the dyscommunicate of males (1.1%) and Somatic Complaints of females (1.0%) are the lowest. The difference between investigation rates is related to the career of their fathers, but not to students' gender, only children or not, nationality, or their parents' cultural level. Conclusion Behavior problems of middle-school students must not be ignored, which must be prevented and interfered with by taking useful measures.
