示范性中学高一学生心理健康状况调查

目的探讨高一学生的心理健康状况,为构建中学生心理健康干预模型提供依据。方法对示范性中学356名高一学生采用中学生心理健康量表评定其心理健康状况,并对不同性别、不同年龄学生的测评结果进行对比分析。结果中学生心理健康量表测评,各因子异常发生率依次为强迫症状66.3%、学习压力63.8%、情绪不稳定62.6%、适应不良60.4%、焦虑52.8%、人际关系紧张与敏感46.6%、抑郁46.1%、心理不平衡41.0%、偏执33.7%、敌对30.9%。男生偏执、适应不良和心理不平衡因子分显著高于女生（P均〈0.01）;而不同年龄段各因子分及总均分均无显著性差异（P均〉0.05）。结论高一学生存在诸多心理问题,其心理健康问题应引起广泛的重视。

Investigations of mental health status of grade-one students of demonstrational senior high school

Objective To explore the mental health status of grade-one students of senior high school to provide basis for constructing psycho-intervention model in middle school students.Methods Mental health status was assessed with the Mental Health Scale for Middle School Student(MSSMHS)in 356 grade-one students of demonstrational senior high school,and gender and age differences of the results were compared and analysed.Results Facor paragenesis rate was in order 66.3% of obsession,63.8% of learning pressure,62.6% of emotional instability,60.4% of maladaption,52.8% of anxiety,46.6% of interpersonal relationship tension and aensitiveness,46.1% of depression,41.0% of psycho-imbalance,33.7% of paranoia and 30.9% of hostility.Scores of paranoia,maladaption and psycho-imbalance were significantly higher in the male than in the female students(all P<0.01);there were no significant differences in factors' and total score among different age groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Grade-one students of senior high school have many psycho-problems should be paid attention to.
