| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋肾活血熄风汤治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作(VB-TIA)肾虚血瘀型的临床疗效及对患者血液流变学指标的影响.方法采取随机双盲对照的方法,将所有病例随机分为川芎嗪片对照组(30例)和滋肾息风活血治疗组(30例),治疗组予滋肾活血熄风汤,对照组子川芎嗪片,均治疗3个月.结果治疗组总有效率为9 3.3%,对照组为5 3.3%(P＜0.01);两组全血比粘度、血浆比粘度等指标均有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论滋肾活血熄风综合治疗VB-TIA较单用活血化瘀药疗效好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Huoxue Xifeng Decoction (ZHXD) on VB-TIA. Methods 60 patients of VB-TIA were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group (n=30), patients were treated with ZHXD, and tetramehylpyazine tablet were administrated in the control group (n=30), with the duration of 3 months in the both groups. Result The total effective rate of ZHXD reached 93.3%, significantly higher than that of control group, which is 53.3% (P<0.01). And also ZHXD can evidently lower blood viscosity and improve hemorheology (P<0.01). Conclusion ZHXD has good effect on treating VB-TIA. |
