和胃止痛丸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎临床疗效观察

目的观察和胃止痛丸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效及幽门螺杆菌转阴情况。方法随机将符合诊断标准的患者分为治疗组125例和对照组62例,治疗组口服和胃止痛丸每次10g,每日3次,对照组口服三九胃泰冲剂,每次10g,每日3次,比较两组临床症状改善情况,胃镜检查、活组织检查及幽门螺杆菌转阴情况。结果和胃止痛丸组治愈率为67.2%,显效率26.4%,总有效率99.2%,幽门螺杆菌转阴率48.3%,对照组分别为45.2%、24.2%、80.6%、1.7%,两组比较总有效率及幽门螺杆菌转阴率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论和胃止痛丸治疗慢性浅表性胃炎有效。

Clinic effect of HeWeiZhiTongWan on chroic superficial gastritis

Objective To observ the clinic effect of HeWeiZhiTongWan on chroic superficial gastris andthe case of Helicobaoter pylori turn negative. Methods The objects were randomly divided into two groups,125 cases in the treatment group,62 cases in the control group.HeWeiZhiTongWan was given to patientsgroup, the dosage was 10gt.i.d. SanJiuWeiTaiChongJi 10gt.i.d. to the control one. After 6 weeks, the clinicsymptoms were improved, the outcomes were compared with gastroscopy, biopsy and helicobacter pylori.Results The healing rate ,effective rate ,total effective rate and helicobacter pylori negetive rate was 67.2%,26.4%,99.2% and 48.3% respectively, the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.01. ConclutionHeWeiZhiTongWan is effective in treating chronic superficial gastritis.
