| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用Apofix椎板夹治疗寰枢椎骨折、脱位的方法及疗效。方法对8例寰枢椎骨折、脱位患者采用Apofix椎板夹固定。结果随访5~24个月,脱位纠正,颈部活动基本恢复正常,颈部不稳感消失,按照JOA评分法,术前平均为8.3分,术后平均为14.6分。结论Apofix椎板夹治疗寰枢椎骨折、脱位,术后无需坚强的外固定,具有操作技术难度小、手术风险低、安全、实用的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and effect of the treatment of atlantoaxial fracture and dislocation.Methods 8 cases of atlantoaxial fractures and dislocations were treated with Apofix lamina clamp internal fixation.Results All cases were followed up for 5~12 months.The dislocation was reduced and cervical motion was recovered.Cervical instability disappeared.According to JOA evaluation system,the scores were 8.3 preoperatively and 14.6 postoperatively.Conclusions Apofix lamina clamp in the treatment of atlantoaxial fracture and dislocation is simple,safe and practical,with which external immobilization can be avoided. |
