上海市医疗机构药品集中招标采购现状与发展趋势探讨

目的：探讨上海市医疗机构药品采购现状与发展趋势。方法：考察上海市医疗机构药品集中招标采购工作的成效，分析其中存在的问题，并介绍其他药品采购模式和配套政策。结果：医疗机构药品采购可采用集中招标采购、集中采购、挂网限价采购三种模式。结论：为控制药品费用过快上涨，减轻病人不合理药费负担，医疗机构药品采购应坚持政府主导的原则．并应出台相应配套政策。

Investigation of the present situation and tendency of Shanghai Municipal Medical Institution Central Bidding and Procurement of Pharmaceuticals

Objective: To investigate the present situation and tendency of Shanghai Municipal Medical Institution Central Bidding and Procurement of Pharmaceuticals.Methods: The results of Shanghai Municipal Medical Institution Central Bidding and Procurement of Pharmaceuticals were investigated.The existing problems were analyzed and other purchasing models of pharmaceuticals and integrated policies were introduced.Results: Three models including central bidding and purchasing,central purchasing and limited price purchasing online could be applied to the purchase of pharmaceuticals.Conclusion: In order to limit the fast increase in drug price and reduce the patients' expenses in drugs,the government should play a leading role in the purchase of pharmaceuticals and some integrated policies should be issued.
