| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同年龄、性别的多囊肾多囊肝发生率、家族遗传史,为临床诊断和治疗多囊肾多囊肝提供参考数据.方法：借助B型超声波检查了8000例来院门诊和住院的肝肾患者.结果：检查出3.24%（259例）多囊肾多囊肝患者,其中男性3.10%（149）,女性3.44%（110）.有家族遗传史的3.15%（252例）,其中男性3.01%（145例）,女性3.35%（107例）.结论：在肝肾患者中,多囊肾多囊肝发生率较高,大多数患者都有家族遗传史.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the incidence and heritability ofpolycystic kidney and polycystic liveramong patients of different ages and sexes, and to provide data for the diagnosis and treatment of above twodiseases. M ethods: A total of 8000 in- and out-patients w ith kidney and liver diseases underw ent B m odeultrasonic examination. Results:From the totalnum ber,259 cases (3.24% )ofpolycystic kidney and polycysticliver were detected, of which 149 cases (3.10%) were males and 110(3.44%) females. 252 cases (3.15%) hadfamily history of those diseases, of which 145 cases (3.01%) were males and 107 (3.35%) females. Conclusions:Polycystic kidney and plycystic liver had a high incidence among patients with kidney and liver diseases and themajority of them had family history of two diseases. |
