银杏叶提取物对急性脑梗死病人血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白水平影响的研究

目的观察银杏叶提取物注射液对脑梗死病人血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法60例急性脑梗死病人分为两组:试验组30例,静脉滴注银杏叶提取物注射液20 ml/次,qd,连续14 d;对照组30例,每日静脉滴注香丹注射液20 ml,连续14 d。于治疗前和治疗后14 d分别检测血浆OX-LDL、SOD、MDA的水平变化。结果试验组病人治疗前血浆OX-LDL、SOD、MDA水平分别为(0.70±0.19)mg/L、(81.0±8.0)kU/L、(6.6±1.3)μmol/L,治疗后分别为(0.52±0.26)mg/L、(106.0±6.0)kU/L、(4.2±1.2)μmol/L,治疗前后有非常显著差异(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后血浆OX-LDL、SOD、MDA水平变化不明显(P>0.05)。治疗期间两组病人均未出现明显不良反应。结论银杏叶提取物注射液具有清除自由基、降低血浆OX-LDL水平的作用。

The effect of ginkgo biloba extract injection on concentration of plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein in the patients with acute brain infarction

Objective To observe the effect of ginkgo biloba extract injection on the levels of plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and malondialdehyde(MDA) inthe patients with acute braininfarction.Methods 60patients with acute brain infarction were divided into a treatment group(treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection,20 ml,iv,gtt,qd,n=30) and a control group(treated with Xiangdan injection,20 ml,iv,gtt,qd,n=30).All the patients were treated for 14 d.The levels of plasma OX-LDL,SOD,and MDA were tested before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,the levels of plasma OX-LDL,SOD,MDA before treatment were(0.70±0.19)mg/L,(81.0±8.0)kU/L,(6.6±1.3) mol/L,and those after treatment were(0.52±0.26)mg/L,(106.0±6.0)kU/L,(4.2 ±1.2) μmol/L,resulting with a great difference between them(P<0.01).No significant statistical differences were found in the above mentioned assessment indexes in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).No remarkable adverse reactions occurred during this study in both groups.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection can effectively clear out the free radicals and decrease the level of plasma OX-LDL.
