| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍游离趾腹腓侧皮瓣移植修复拇、手指腹缺损的临床效果。方法 2 0 0 0年 9月起 ,亚急诊行游离趾腹腓侧皮瓣修复拇、手指全指腹缺损 6例。结果 6例皮瓣全部成活 ,术后随访 3个月～ 3年 ,拇、手指外形满意 ,皮瓣两点分辨觉达 6～ 10mm ,手指活动功能良好。结论 趾腹腓侧皮瓣移植术是修复拇指指腹缺损的首选方法 ,也适用于修复示、中指指腹缺损。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of repair of whole pulp defect of the thumb and fingers by vascularized fibular pulp flap of the big toe.Methods Since September 2000, transfer of vascularized flap of the pulp of the big toe at the fibular side was done in 6 cases to repair defect of thumb and finger pulp.Results All the 6 transfered flaps survived. The period of follow-up ranged from 3 months to 3 years. The appearance and function of the reconstructed thumbs and fingers were satisfactory. 2-point discrimination was 6-10 mm. Good finger motion was obtained.Conclusion Vascularized flap of the pulp of the big toe at the lateral(fibular) side is the flap of choice for microsurgical reconstruction of pulp defects of the thumb. It was also indicated for pulp defect of the fingers. |
