脑功能损害平面与急性脑功能衰竭关系的探讨

根据大脑皮层与脑干功能及其反射观察74例急性脑功能衰竭的脑功能损害平面,将其分为皮层、皮层下、中脑、桥脑及延脑5个功能损害平面。讨论了急性脑功能衰竭脑功能损害平面的演变、不同脑功能损害平面与内脏功能及与治疗的关系、脑功能损害平面对判断急性脑功能衰竭预后的价值。建议根据脑功能损害平面将急性脑功能衰竭分为4级。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LESION LEVEL OF BRAIN FUNCTION AND ACUTE BRAIN FAILURE

The lesion levels of brain function were observed in 74 cases of acute brain failure according to the function and reflex of the cerebral cortex and brainstem. The classification of five lesion levels is as follows: cerebral cortical Iesion level; subcortical lesion level; mesencephalon lesion level; pontiac lesion level; and medullary lesion level. Also discussed are the variations of the lesion levels of the acute brain failure, the correlations both between the different levels and visceral functions and between the different levels and corresponding treatment and the value of judging the prognosis of acute brain failure by the lesion levels. It is suggested that acute brain failure should be classified into four grades in the light of the levels.
