摘    要:目的了解强恩广域灭蚊系统工程现场灭蚊效果。方法在现场采用人工小时法、人诱法、诱卵法观察捕蚊效果和测定密度下降率。结果开机后第4天至第28天,试验点人工小时法密度下降率为35.73%~71.45%,人诱法下降率为57.13%~71.38%;试验点与对照点相比,开机后第4天至28天,人工小时法密度下降率在40%~86.67%,RPI值在50上下波动,人诱法蚊虫密度下降率在52.15%~79%,RPI值为22~36。开机后一周,实验点诱卵法为阴性,对照点为阳性。结论该系统具有较好的灭蚊效果,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the field trapping mosquito efficacy of Qiangen mosquito magnet.Methods Testing the efficacy by men-hour,men-trapping and egg-trapping methods in field.Results After using the machines at the experiment points for 4 to 28 days,the mosquito density decreased from 35.73% to 71.45% by men-hour method and from 57.13% to 71.38% by men-trapping method.Compared with the blank point,the density decreased ratio was from 40% to 86.67% by men-hour method and 52.15% to 79% by men-trapping method.After using the machines for one week,the result was negative in experiment points by egg-trapping method while positive in the blank point.Conclusion Qiangen mosquito magnet had good effect on trapping mosquito and it was worthy of popularity.
