| 摘 要： | 探讨了居民垃圾分类收集中的两个基本概念，即垃圾的价值与分类垃圾收集量。讨论了居民行为与拾荒者问题，分析了我国目前条件下推动分类收集的各种因素，提出分类收集应作为集成式拉圾管理的一部分进行规划管理。

Factors Promoting Municipal Solid Waste Sorting Collection |

| Abstract: | Two basic concepts concerning Municipal Solid Waste sorting collection were discussed, which are the value of garbage and the amount of sorted garbage.Two important problems, the behavior of household and the scavengers, were emphasized. The factors promoting the practice of sorting collection were analyzed comprehensively. The sorting collection must be planned and managed along with the integrated solid waste management. |
