脑利钠肽在不完全川崎病患儿中的变化及临床意义

目的 探讨脑利钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)在不完全川崎病(incomplete Kawasaki dis-ease,IKD)患儿中的变化及临床意义.方法 确诊为急性期IKD患儿25例(急性期IKD组),治疗2周后进入疾病恢复期20例,同期住院30例上呼吸道感染患儿作为对照组.测定并比较IKD患儿血浆BNP水平、外周血白细胞(WBC)计数和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平.结果 急性期IKD组BNP、WBC、CRP水平高于对照组(均P<0.01);20例IKD患儿急性期各指标水平均高于恢复期(均P<0.01).结论 检测BNP有助于IKD患儿的早期诊断.

Clinical significance of the changes of brain natrinretic peptide in children with incomplete Kawasaki disease

Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in children with incomplete Kawasaki disease (IKD). Methods Of 25 cases of acute IKD ,20 cases were at the re-covery stage after 2 weeks treatment. 30 cases of upper respiratory tract infection at the same period were taken as controls. The plasma level of BNP,peripheral blood WBC count and C-reaction protein (CRP) levels were detected. Results BNP, WBC and CRP levels in acute IKD children were higher than that of control group (P < 0.01) , which were higher in 20 cases of acute phase than in recovery phase (P < 0.01). Conclusion BNP contributes to the early diagnosis of IKD in children.
