两种排痰法在吸入性损伤中疗效比较

目的:探讨雾化吸入配合使用G5振动排痰机排痰对吸人性损伤患者排痰效果的影响.方法:将66例吸人性损伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组33例,接受雾化吸入配合G5振动排痰机辅助排痰法治疗;对照组33例,接受雾化吸入配合人工叩击辅助排痰法治疗.对两组1周内日排痰量及1周后不吸氧情况下的SPO2以及FEV1%预计值进行比较.结果:实验组早期排痰量较对照组明显增加(P<0.01),晚期排痰量较对照组明显减少(P<0.01);在不吸氧情况下SPO2较对照组显著提高(P<0.01),FEV1%预计值较对照组明显提高(P<0.01).结论:雾化吸入配合G5振动排痰机辅助排痰法治疗优于雾化吸入配合人工叩击辅助排痰法治疗.

Comparative Study of the Effect and Nursing Experience of Two Kinds of Expectoration Methods in Treating the Inhalation Injury

Objective： To investigate the sputum ejection effect of treating inhalation injury with neb nebnlised medication plus Sputum Ejection Machine G5 fleximatic. Methods： 66 patients with inhalation injury were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. In the experiment group, 33 patients received a treatment of neb nebulised medication plus Sputum Ejection Machine G5 fleximatic. While in control group, 33 patients received neb nebulised medication plus manual knock - assisted expectoration method. The daily sputum volume in one week and predicted value of SPO2 and FEV1% after one week of no oxygen uptaking were recorded and compared. Results ： The early expectoration volume in the experiment group increased obviously compared with that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . On the contrary, late expectoration volume in experiment group decreased obviously than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . In the condition of no oxygen uptaking, SPO2 value and FEV1% value in experiment group was significantly increased （P 〈0. 01 ） compared the value in the control group. Conclusion： The neb nebulised medication plus Sputum Ejection Machine G5 fleximatic in assisted expectoration is better than neb nebulised medication plus manual knock - assisted expectoration method.
