| 摘 要： | 家兔５４只，随机分为３组，制成肠粘连模型，分别腹腔放置蝮蛇抗栓酶与脂肪乳剂混合液或右旋糖酐，并以生理盐水作对照，结果显示，腹蛇抗栓酶与脂肪乳剂混合液具有显著的预防术后腹腔粘连的作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），且较右旋糖酐为佳（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Fifty four rabbits which were made as models of peritoneal adhesion were given in peritoneal lavage a mixture of ahalysantinfarctase and 10% intralipid,or 6% dextran(D 40) respectively,and compared with control group.The results showed that they had significant preventive effect on peritoneal adhesion in both groups(P<0.05 and P<0 01).The effect of mixture of ahalysantinfarctase and 10% intralipid was more obvious than that of dextran(P<0.01).The results show that mixture of ahalysantinfarctase and 10% intralipid plays an important role in the prevention on postoperative peritoneal adhesion. |
