2001-2005年我院头孢菌素类药物应用分析

目的了解医院头孢菌素类药物的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法对医院2001—2005年头孢菌素类药物的用量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）进行统计分析。结果第一代头孢菌素用量逐年减少，第三代头孢菌素及其复方制剂与氧头孢类药物占临床治疗的主导地位。结论医院应用头孢菌素类药物基本合理，应控制第三代头孢菌素及其复方制剂与氧头孢类药物的用量。

Analysis of Cephalosporins Usage in Our Hospital During 2001- 2005

Objective To learn the situation of cephalosporins used in the hospital, and to offer the scientific theoretical base for its clinical use. Methods The statistical method was adopted to analyze dosage, sales volume and DDDs of eephalosporins during 2001 -2005. Results The dosage of the first generation of eephalosporins were reduced year after year, and the third generation of eephalosporins and their compound preparations were the guiding status. Conclusion The situation of the usage of eephalosporins in the hospital is reasonable basically. The dosage of the third generation of eephalosporins and their compound preparations must be controlled.
