| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨用化疗药膀胱内灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发。方法：将患者随机分为噻替哌组（３５例），丝裂霉素Ｃ组（３２例），分别用化疗药物行膀胱内灌注，观察１￣３年复发率，并与对照组（未灌药２２例）作比较。

| Abstract: | Objective:To prevent relapse of superficial bladder cancer by irrigating bladder post operatively with chemotherapeutic drugs.Methods:The patients were divided into three groups:(A)treated with thiotepa(35 cases),(B)treated with mitomycin C(32 cases) and (C)control group(22 cases),and followed up from 1 to 3 years.Results:3 year tumor relapse rates were 48.6%,40.6% and 77.3% respectively.The rate of relapse in therapeutic groups was significantly less than that in control group( P <0.05).Median times of relapse were 22.7 ,29.2 and 10.8 months respectively.The survival time in A and B groups was longer than that in control group( P <0.01).Conclusions:Bladder irrigation with thiotepa and mitomycin C is effective in preventing relapse of superficial bladder cancer. |
