| 摘 要： | 目的 评价武汉市早期乳腺癌患者术后生存一年及以上患者的生命质量，并探讨其影响因素。方法 运用FACT-B量表对患者的生命质量进行测定。结果 早期乳腺癌患者术后生命质量较好。患癌前体育锻炼，目前的婚姻状况、工作情况，医疗费用支付方式，经济因素等为患者术后生命质量的影响因素。结论 应从生命质量的影响因素出发，提供有效的干预措施，提高患者的生命质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the quality of life for breast cancer patients in early stage in Wuhan who have lived more than one year after operation,and to explore the influencing factors on the quality of life.(Methods)To measure the QOL by FACT-B scale,and investigate the patients using a questionnaire designed for influencing factors.Then,get the influencing factors by analyzing the data with multiple linear regression analysis.(Results) The QOL was not very satisfied.The influencing factors include: physical exercise before they got breast cancer,present marriage status,present job,the way of payment for treatment cost,economical condition,and so on.Conclusion According to the influencing factors.Effective intervention should be provided to improve the QOL for postoperative breast cancer patients in early stage. |
