| 摘 要： | 采用彩色多普勒超声对80例正常肝、24例肝硬化的门静脉右支进行血流动力学测定。结果显示肝硬化代偿期门静脉右支的血流量与正常无明显变化。本文还探讨了各种生理因素对门静脉右支血流动力学的影响。

| Abstract: | the hemodynamic change of the right portal veins were determined by Doppler Snongraphy in 80 normal ones. 22 patients with hepa-tocirrhosis during compensation. The results showed the right portal venous flow has not remarkable difference with normal subjects. The physiological factors affecting portal hemodynamics were discussed. |
