| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并微量蛋白尿与胰岛素抵抗的关系.方法:对40例2型糖尿病合并微量蛋白尿患者与44例未合并微量蛋白尿的糖尿病患者的空腹血糖(FBG),胰岛素(FINS),胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)和血脂等进行比较分析,并与所有患者微量白蛋白进行相关分析,结果:2型糖尿病合并微量蛋白尿的ISI显著低于未合并微量蛋白尿组.结论:2型糖尿病合并微量蛋白尿时存在明显胰岛素抵抗.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relationship between microalbuminria and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fasting serum glucose, insulin, lipid level were measured in 40 patients with microalbuminria and in 44 patients without microalbuminria. Insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were calculated and their interrelation were analyzed. Results Diabetic patients with microalbuminria had lower ISI, higher riglyceride (TG) levels compared to the diabetic without microalbuminria (P<0.01, P<0.05) Conclusion Insulin resistant may be a risk for the development of with type 2 diabetes mellitus and microalbuminria. |
