芒硝内服外用辅助治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效观察

目的研究芒硝内服外用辅助治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效观察。方法 2006至2009年度番禺中心医院收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者90例,随机分为芒硝内服外用治疗组45例和西药对照组45例,对照组予西医抗生素抗炎对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的用药基础上,予大黄牡丹汤加减口服和芒硝外敷,观察两组患者的临床疗效和住院时间。结果临床疗效比较,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院时间比较,治疗组平均住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒硝内服外用配合西医消炎治疗可明显提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间。

Clinical Curative Effects of Mirabilite Internal and External Adjuvant Therapy of Periappendicural Abscess

Objective To research the clinical curative effects about mirabilite internal and external adjuvant therapy of periappendicural abscess. Methods Panyu central hospital 2006-2009 of patients with periappendicural abscess 90 cases were randomly divided into treatment group mirabilite internal and external medicine in 45 cases and controls 45 cases, western medicine antibiotic antiinflammatory symptomatic treatment in treatment group and control group, based on the use of oral and reduce rhubarb peony tonga mirabilite topical, observe the curative effect of two groups of patients, and length. Results Clinical curative effect, the total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . In comparison, the average time in treatment group and control group in short time obvious difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Mirabilite internal and external medicine with anti-inflammatory therapies can obviously improve the clinical curative effect, shorten the length of hospitalization.
