| 摘 要： | 目曲探讨经皮介入诊治术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊治的临床应用。方法通过应用经皮介入诊治术对74例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病人的诊疗，一临床随访3个月对比分析患者手术前后-陆床症状体征，应用踝／肱指数等来评价疗效。结果7O例患者术后动脉造影显示均能血管再通，54例患者术后足背动脉搏动恢复，68例患者术后静息痛明显缓解，24例（24／26）患者术后溃疡愈合，平均踝／肱指数由术前（0．27±0．15）提高到术后的（0．68±0．13）。结论经皮介入诊治术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症安全、有效，近期效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observed the interventional diagnosis and treatment for arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs. Methods 74 patients with arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs were enrolled. Clinical follow-up of 3 months, compared before and after operation in patients with clinical symptoms and signs and ankle brachial index to evaluate the effect. Results 70 patients with postoperative angiography could recanalization, 54 cases of patients with postoperative dorsalis pedis artery pulse recovery, 68 cases of patients with postoperative rest pain was relieved, 24 cases of ulcer healing （24/26） patients, The average ankle brachial index from preoperative 0.27±0.15 to 0.68±0.13 after operation. Conclusions It＇ s safe and effective by using percutaneous interventional surgery to diagnose and treat the arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower limbs. |
