| 摘 要： | 目的观察百草降脂灵对鹌鹑高脂血症的降脂作用和动脉粥样硬化的影响.方法鹌鹑喂以高脂饲料同时灌服百草降脂灵60d后,测定血脂含量和观察动脉粥样硬化程度.结果百草降脂灵能明显降低血清中TC、TG
、LDL-C水平和TC/HDL-C比值,也可使主动脉斑块面积和泡沫细胞减少,肝重量系数降低,
肝脂肪变性程度减轻.结论百草降脂灵有明显的降血脂和预防动脉粥样硬化的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect on hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis of Baicaojiangzhiling (BCJZL) in experimental hyperlipidemic partridges.Methods Partridges were fed high fat diet and administered with BCJZL for 60 days. The levels of serum lipid were measured and the course of injury restoration of aorta wall were observed.Results BCJZL obviously lowered serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels and TC/HDL-C ratio, decreased foam cells and the degree of atherosclerotic plagues in the aorta of partridges, with simultaneous reduction of hepatic fatty degeneration and coefficient of hepatic weight.Conclusion BCJZL significantly lowers serum lipid and is useful for the treatment of atherosclerosis. |
