| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米非司酮在稽留流产中的应用。方法收集我院住院的稽留流产患者共64例,予口服米非司酮配伍宫腔内羊膜腔外插管术临床疗效观察。结果完全流产50例达80.6%,不完全流产6例,失败改为钳夹术3例。结论米非司酮配伍宫腔内羊膜腔外插管术治疗稽留流产收到很好的疗效,降低了钳刮术的并发症及难度、缩短了住院时间、提高了成功率。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Mifepristone in missed abortion.METHODS Hospital patients hospitalized a total of 64 cases of missed abortion,oral mifepristone to intrauterine amniotic outer tube Clinical Efficacy.RESULTS Of 50 cases of complete abortion up to 80.6%,6 cases of incomplete abortion,failed to clamp technique in 3 cases.CONCLUSION Mifepristone intrauterine amniotic missed abortion treated outside intubation received good results,reducing complications and curretage difficulty of reducing hospitalization time,increase the success rate. |
