围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的调查与分析

目的:调查、分析我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的现状,评价其合理性,为规范医院抗菌药物合理应用提供合理化建议。方法:随机抽取我院2005年12月~2006年3月经外科手术病历241例,填写调查表格,进行回顾性调查分析。以《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》为指标,评价围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性。结果:在随机抽取的241例病例中,抗菌药物的不合理应用占该类药物的53.5%,其中,药物选择不合理及围手术期术后用药时间不合理居多,分别占总比例的52.4%和51.4%。结论:我院围手术期预防性抗菌药物的使用不合理现象比较严重,有必要加强临床合理应用抗菌药物管理及用药督导力度。

Perioperative Antibiotic Prophylaxis in General Surgery

Objective: To investigation and analysis the present situation and evaluate the rationality on perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis in general surgery,in order to put forward a practical project for rational usage of antibiotics and effectively control nosocomial infection.To the "guiding principles of clinical use of antibacterial drugs" as an indicator to evaluate preventive use of antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period is reasonable.Methods:The usage of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis in general surgery had been surveyed.Two hundred and forty-one selected patients were randomly picked-up form all patients to evaluate the rationality on antibiotic prophylaxis.Results:To make a survey of the situation on inpatients who had received operation during the period Dec.2005Mar.2006.A total of 241 inpatients from our hospital.Perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis was used in 241 and the rate of unreasonable application of antimicrobials was 53.5%.Conclusion:The rate of irrational antibiotics usage was high in general surgery.The results showed that it is very important to strengthen the management of antibiotics usage and institutions in hospitals.On the other hand,it is very necessary for clinical pharmacist to strengthen the supervison of clinical using antimicrobials.
