摘    要:脉冲电场能够产生许多不同于一般电场的生物学效应,尤其是纳秒脉冲对细胞的作用更为特殊。本文主要就不同的脉冲电场对细胞膜,胞内基质,细胞增殖等产生的生物学效应作相应的介绍。并在此基础之上分析多种生物效应在肿瘤治疗、基因治疗、以及药物输送等方面的研究现状。

Abstract:Pulsed electric fields can induce various kinds of biological effects that are essentially different from the normal electric fields,especially the interactions of Nanosecond Pulsed electric field(nsPEF) with cells.The biological effects of different pulsed electric fields on cell membranes,cytoplasmic matrixes,cell growth are introduced in this paper.Based on these effects,some applications of pulsed electric fields in cancer therapy,gene therapy,and delivery of drugs are reviewed in details.
