| 摘 要： | 目的:观察重用细辛的消痹汤与氨甲喋呤(MTX)联合治疗类风湿性关节炎的治疗效果,并对其安全性进行评估。方法:将120例类风湿性关节炎病人分为两组,治疗组80例和对照组40例,用重用细辛的消痹汤和风湿液分别与MTX联合治疗,观察其疗效,并对两组药物的安全性予以评估。结果:重用细辛的消痹汤和风湿液分别与MTX联合治疗类风湿性关节炎,前者疗效明显优,统计学上差异具有显著性。结论:重用细辛的消痹汤与MTX联合用药方案,疗效肯定,副作用低,是一种较为满意的中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of combined use of Xiaobitang high in Herba asari and methotrexate(MTX) on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: 80 of 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly assigned to a test group and the left 40 to a control group in which Fengshi Solution,together with MTX,was administered to the subjects.The effects and safefty of the combination were studied and evaluated.Results: The therapeutic effects of the combination in the test group had advantage over those in the control group,and those were of statistically significant difference between the results of the two groups.Conclusion: Xiaobitang high in Herba asari combined with MTX has confirmed efficacy and few side effects.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine combination may be regarded as a satisfying method for the treatment of rhewmatoid arthritis. |
