温灸疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期治疗的临床观察报告

目的探讨温灸疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期治疗的安全性、疗效及患者对该疗法的接受度。方法对住院治疗的28例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者采取清艾条温和悬灸膻中、大椎穴，热量以患者感舒适为度；每位患者每天接受1次10min灸疗，一共治疗10d。结果28例患者在10次治疗中均未产生明显的不良反应，且治疗前后患者中医症状积分及呼吸困难积分差异变化显著（P〈0．05），同时28例患者均表示愿意接受艾灸治疗。结论温灸疗法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期治疗过程中具有辅助治疗意义，并且其产生的艾灸烟雾在某种程度上没有刺激或加重患者呼吸道症状，因此慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期运用温灸疗法是安全的。

clinical observation of Moxibustion for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acutestage

Objective： To observe the curative effect,security and patients＇ acceptance of moxibustion therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in acute stage. Methods： 28 cases of AECOPD inpatients were taken suspended moxihustion at RN17 and DU14,where the patient felt comfortable and each acupoints took 10 minutes. Every patient were taken 1 times a day and the course of treatment was 10 days. Re- suits： No one produced obvious adverse reactions,and all were willing to accept moxibustion. Compared before and after treatment,the chinese medicine symptom integral and breathing difficulties integral in patients got sig- nificant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Moxibustion is a meaningful adjuvant therapy for the treatment of COPD in acute stage. And the moxibustion smoke doesn＇t induce or exacerbate side effect of respiratory symptoms.
