摘    要:目的探讨建立食品药品检验文化建设评估指标体系的必要性,为完善科学检验文化建设提供参考。方法在明确各项具体评估目标的基础上,确定相应的评估指标和考量单位,使其能够进行量化评估。结果与结论从文化形式、民主管理、公益服务、检验质量、物质支撑、创新能力、人员素质多方面进行分类,初步建立起检验文化的评估指标体系,提高了评估的客观性。

Abstract:Objective To establish and improve an evaluation index system of the food and drug inspection culture construction, and provide a reference for perfecting scientific inspection culture construction. Methods Evaluation index and corresponding units were determined based on the specific target to achieve quantitative evaluation. Results and Conclusion The evaluation system has been dassified into various parts, such as cultural forms, democratic management and public service, quality inspection, material support, innovation ability and personnel quality. The evaluation index system of inspection culture was established preliminarily, improving the objectivity of evaluation.
