带旋髂深血管蒂骨瓣和旋股外侧血管束联合移植治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死

目的　探讨成人骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法。方法　采用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣和旋股外侧血管束联合移植术 ,治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死 9例。结果　术后随访 3～ 7年 ,优良率达 88.9%。结论　采用带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣和旋股外侧血管束联合移植术治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死 ,兼有两种术式的优点 ,可以获得良好的治疗效果。

Treatment of Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head in Adults with Multiple Pedicled Vascularized Iliac Crest and Ascending Branch of Lateral Circumflex Femoral Vascular Bundle Graft

Objective To study the method of treating aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in adults. Methods 9 cases of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in adults were treated by using multiple iliac osteoperiosteal flap pedicled with deep iliac circumflex blood vessel and ascending branch of lateral circumflex femoral vascular bundle graft.Results 9 cases were followed up for 3 to 7 years with 88.9% found in good or excellent conditions. Conclusion Good therapeutic effect can be achieved by adopting the suggested graft as it has combined distinguished advantages of the two techniques.
