| 摘 要： | 环氧合酶2(COX-2)与肿瘤关系密切.临床前期研究显示,选择性COX-2抑制剂能增强肿瘤的放射敏感性作用和化疗药物的抗肿瘤活性,选择性COX-2抑制剂有可能为肿瘤预防和治疗提供新方法和途径.
