儿童美克尔憩室炎的超声表现

目的：探讨儿童美克尔憩室炎超声检查的影像学特点及诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析广州市妇女儿童医疗中心儿童院区普外科于2010年5月至2013年4月收治的40例术前超声诊断为美克尔憩室的儿童患者，探讨其超声表现及特征。结果：经手术病理证实31例与彩色多普勒超声诊断一致，诊断符合率达78％（31／40）。美克尔憩室炎患者的超声表现为一段固定管道回声，管壁黏膜与肌层均增厚，一端与小肠相通，另一端为盲端。结论：超声检查结果对美克尔憩室炎的儿童患者在临床确定治疗方案时具有重要的参考价值。

Ultrasonographic characteristics of Meckers diverticulitis in children

Objective： To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics and the diagnostic value for Meckel＇ s diverticulitis in children. Methods： Between May 2010 and April 2013, we recruited 40 children with Meckel＇s diverticulum as confirmed by ultrasonography preoperatively in the department of general surgery, Guangzhou Women and Children＇ s Medical Center. We next examined the uhrasonographic characteristics. Results： Color Doppler uhrasonography was consistent with the pathologic findings in 31 cases （78%）. Under ultrasonography, Meckel＇s diverticulum was characterized by an echo in a fixed thick-walled canal that was connected with the small intestine in one end and occluded in the other. Conclusion： Uhrasonography confers a crucial reference significance for the establishment of therapeutic strategy of Meckel＇ s diverticulitis in children.
