突发灾难事件后维和官兵心理危机干预的效果评估

目的：评估突发灾难事件后维和官兵的心理危机干预效果。方法：应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对经历突发灾难事件的维和官兵（122例）进行自评；对维和官兵采取综合的心理危机干预措施．干预4周后复测SCL-90；对干预前后的SCL-90结果进行比较分析．．结果：干预前SCL．90躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性因子分高于军人常模（P〈0．05）；干预前有心理障碍（28例，23．0％）与干预后（7例，5．7％）差异有统计学意义（x2=14．7l，P〈0．05）；干预后除敌对、恐怖和偏执因子外，其余因子分较干预前有显著下降（P〈0．05）；干预后各因子分与军人常模的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：突发灾难事件后针对维和官兵开展的心理危机干预效果明显．值得总结综合的心理危机干预经验.

Effects of osychological crisis intervention on peacekeeping officers and soldiers following sudden disasters

Objective：To examine the effects of psychological crisis intervention on peacekeeping officers and soldiers following sudden disasters. Methods： The symptom checklist-90 （SCL-90） was, in a self-rated fashiml, employed to determine the mental status of peacekeeping officers and soldiers following sudden disasters. This entailed comprehensive psychological crisis intervention and reassessment of SCL-90 at month 4 for comparing the levels prior to and following interventions. Results： Prior to intervention, subscales of SCL-90 ineluding somatization, depression, anxiety, phobia and psychiatric symptoms were significantly higher than those in normal military soldiers （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a marked difference in the number of subjects with psychological disorders 28 cases （23.0%） vs. 7 cases （5.7%） , P 〈0.05）. The post-intervention scores were significantly reduced except for subscales of hostility, phobia and paranoid （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. No significant diffi~reuce between post-intervention scores of SCL-90 subscales and that of normal milital~~ soldiers was shown （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Psychological crisis intervention is effective for peacekeeping officers and soldiers fbllowin~ sudden disasters and warrants summary of the experience of comprehensive intervention.
