负压封闭引流术在糖尿病足溃疡创面治疗中的作用

目的：对比负压封闭引流术和传统清创、换药治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面的疗效。方法：选择30例20lO年6月至2012年6月在我院内分泌科住院治疗的符合Wagner2—4级糖尿病足患者．随机分为两组．两组均在控制血糖和抗感染治疗下，对照组给予传统常规清创、换药、敷料治疗，试验组在清创后予负压封闭引流术治疗，比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、截肢率。结果：对照组平均住院时间为52．43±4．90d，截肢6例．试验组平均住院时间为（36．58±3．77）d，截肢l例，住院费用对照组明显多于试验组。结论：负压封闭引流术促进肉芽组织生长，减少截肢率，提高患者生活质量。

Effects of vacuum sealing drainage on ulcerative surface healing in patients with diabetic foot

Abstract Objective：To compare the effects of vacuum sealing drainage, conventional debridement and dress changing on healing of ulcerative surface in patients with diabetic foot. Methods ： We randomly allocated 30 patients with diabetic foot （Wagner grading： 2 -4） who were admitted to the department of endocrinology, Dongguan Shilong People＇s Hospital between June 2010 and June 2012 to be treated with, on the basis of rigorous blood glucose control and anti-infection, either the combination of conventional debridement and dress changing （control group） or vacuum sealing drainage following debridement （treatment group）. This entailed subsequent comparison on the length of hospital stay, cost of hospitalization and the rate of amputation. Results： Control group was associated with a significantly prolonged hospital stay （ 52.43 ＋ 4.90） days vs. （ 36.58 ＋ 3.77 ） days] , an increased number of patients needing amputation （6 vs. 1 ） and a higher expenditure. Conclusion： Vacuum sealinz drainage may promote zranulation, reduce the risk of amDutation and imDrove the oaulitv of life.
