| 摘 要： | 采用微量酶联免疫吸附技术对病毒唑-安■剂双盲法对照治疗EHF的患者血清特异性IgG及IgM抗体进行了系统的动态观察和比较,发现病毒唑治疗组两种抗体水平均较安慰剂对照组为低,说明患者用药后体内特异性体液免疫反应水平有所下降,从而减少免疫复合物的形成,有利于病情改善。

| Abstract: | In a double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial of ribavirin therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS), the specific IgM and IgG antibodies in 335 serum specimens from 64 Patients were measured with a micro-ELISA technique.The results showed a significant decrease of antibody levels in the ribavirin-treated group as opposed to that of the placebo group.The experiment suggests that ribavirin have an inhibitive effect on the HFRS patients' antibody responses with an unknown mechanism.Therefore it may reduce the formation of the circular Immune complexes which are supposed to be respoasible for this peculiar disease. |
