| 摘 要： | 目的考察羟苯乙酯在荧光素钠滴眼剂中的防腐效果及其用量的关系。方法配制滴眼剂并加入相应防腐剂后,考察防腐剂对主药的影响,然后自然染菌并做卫生学指标检查。结果羟苯乙酯在荧光素钠滴眼剂中的防腐良好。结论羟苯乙酯是适用于荧光素钠滴眼液的一种抑菌剂。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluate the bacteriostasis effect of ethylparaben and the volume of ethylparaben used in the fluorescein sodium eyedrop. Methods The effects of ethylparaben on the principal agent fluorescein sodium and then on naturally contaminated germ were examined to check up the index of hygienics. Result Ethylparaben is a good antiseptic in fluorescein sodium eyedrop. Conclusion Ethylparaben is a good bacterial inhibitor referring to thiseye drop in experiment. |
