| 摘 要： | 目的：比较超声在引导Ａｍｐｌａｔｚｅｒ及Ｓｉｄｅｒｉｓ封堵器经导管关闭房间隔缺损（ＡＳＤ）的异同点。方法：１８例待外科手术患者经超声检查符合条件而行经导管以Ａｍｐｌａｔｚｅｒ及Ｓｉｄｅｒｉｓ封堵器关闭房间隔缺损，用Ｓｉｄｅｒｉｓ者升主动脉后方的残留房间≥５ｍｍ，其余条件相同。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the echo characteristics in transcatheter closure of ASDs using Amplatzer ASD occlution device and Sideris ASD occluder device.Methods:Eighteen patients waiting for surgical treatments met echo exams for transcatheter closures in advance.The distance from the margin of the defect to the post wall of ascending aorta was larger than 5mm for Sideris ASD occlution device,the other conditions were similar for both devices.Results:Thirteen patients were successfully treated with Amplatzer devices without residual shunt in 3 months follow up.Two of the three patients treated with Sideris device had residual shunt for one month,the other persisted after 6 months.Conclusion:Echo plays a key role for ASD case selection,occlution device selection and long term follow up examination. |
