复张性肺水肿的临床观察及护理分析

目的探讨复张性水肿的临床观察及护理措施。方法收集复张性肺水肿患者42例，按照数字随机法分为观察组与对照组，对照组行常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施针对性护理干预，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果观察组的死亡率显著低于对照组，护理满意度显著高于对照组，P〈0.05。结论对复张性水肿患者实施严密病情观察以及精心的护理干预有利于降低死亡率，提高护理质量，改善患者的临床预后，提高护理满意度，值得推广应用。

Analysis of Clinical Observation and Nursing for Reexpansion pulmonary edema

Objective To investigate the clinical observation and care measures of Reexpansion edema. Methods 42 patients with Reexpansion pulmonary edema according to figures randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group underwent routine care, observation group were based on the implementation of specific nursing interventions, comparative analysis of the two groups of care results. Results The mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher, P〈0.05. Conclusion Reexpansion edema closely observe the condition of the implementation as well as careful nursing interventions help reduce mortality and improve quality of care, improve clinical outcomes, improve nursing satisfaction, should be widely applied.
