成纤维细胞生长因子的研究进展

摘    要:成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)在机体内广泛分布,其系统由多个受体和配体组成,在组织、神经修复和血管再生中起到了重要作用,对多种细胞有促进DNA和细胞分裂的作用。FGF系统在脑内的作用主要是调控神经元、神经胶质细胞和血管内皮细胞的增殖、移行、分化和存活。随着分子生物学等技术的不断进步,人们对FGF的研究不断深入,FGF有望成为一种新的治疗手段,为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Fibroblast growth factor(FGF) is widely distributed in the body, and its system is composed of a plurality of receptors and ligands. FGF plays an important role in tissue, nerve repair and revascutarization ,through promoting DNA and cell division in many kinds of ceils. The role of FGF system in the brain is mainly regulating the proliferation, migration differentiation and survival of neuronal, glial cells and vascular endothelial cells. With the development of molecular biology,and deepening of the research on FGF, FGF is expected to become a new therapeutic method,to provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
