自体颗粒脂肪注射隆乳应用研究

目的:研究自体皮下脂肪颗粒注射隆乳的方法和效果。方法:用注射器法吸取皮下脂肪,经处理注射到乳房后间隙,每次每侧不多于100ml,一般注射2次~3次,两次间隔至少3个月。结果:本组66例,随访6个月到18个月,其外形、手感及动态观察,效果良好,术后无移位、感染、包膜挛缩等并发症。但手术次数多、间隔时间长、工作量大,最后也有3例遗留较软的卵圆形结节。结论:自体脂肪是良好的隆乳填充材料之一,自体脂肪注射隆乳是人们容易接受、较理想的丰乳方法之一,也是较适合在基层医院开展的美容手术。

Study on augmentation mammoplasty by autologous fat injection

Objectives To study the method and effect of the augmentation mammoplasty by the injection of autologous subcutaneous fat particles. Methods To absorb the subcutaneous fat by using syringe then processed by some method before injecting into the retromammary. Every breast receive 2 or 3 times＂ injection with no more than 100ml.The intervals is no more than 3 months. Results 66 patients were in this study. They were followed up for 6 to 18 months,items included the shape,texture,the shape changing as the time going on and complications such as the postoperative displacement, infection,and capsular contracture. But the surgery need more time,long time interval, large workload.Finally,there are three cases suffered softer oval nodules. Conclusions Autologous fat is a good materials serving as breast filler.Using autologous fat injection to augmentation mammoplasty is easy for the people to accept.It represents one of the ideal ways and is more suited to the primary hospital for cosmetic surgery.
