护理干预对小儿秋季腹泻的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对小儿秋季腹泻治疗效果的影响。方法:将患儿随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,治疗方法相同。A组(对照组)按常规护理进行,B组(干预组)采用综合的护理干预(消毒隔离、心理护理、病情观察等),比较两组退热时间、止泻时间、治愈率等。结果:A组有效率89%,无效4例;B组有效率97%,无效1例。比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿秋季腹泻进行综合护理干预疗效明显,住院时间明显缩短。

Effect of nursing intervention on treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Method The patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 40 cases in each group retrospectively,and they had the same treat- ment method. Group A （control group） were given routine nursing care,group B （intervention group） were given integrated nursing inter- vention （ disinfection and isolation, psychological nursing, disease observation etc. ）, Cooling time, antidiarrheal time, cure rate of two groups were compared. Results In A group,the effective rate was 89% ,4 eases were ineffective;the effective rate of group B was 97% ,1 case was ineffecive. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention is effective to the infan- tile autumn diarrhea obviously, and hospitalization time is shortened obviously.
