| 摘 要： | 目的：研究5-氟脲嘧啶（5-Fu)类脂微球栓塞剂，并对其缓释性给予评价。方法：把12只纯种大白兔随机分成两组，经肝动脉分别注射5-Fu类脂微球和5-Fu注射液，按设计的时间点取肝组织样。然后，用高效液相色谱（HPLC）测试。结果：5-Fu类脂微球较5-Fu注射液更加集中在肝组织内，且药物浓度下降明显延缓。结论：该微球具有良好的缓释性，可以提高药物的治疗指数。

| Abstract: | Objective:To prepare a slow-releasing microsphere agent and assess its releasing effect.Methods:12rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:5-Fu group and5-Fu lipiodol microsphere group.During6hours after injection,at different time spots,HPLC was used to measure the concentration of 5-Fu in each of the two groups.Results:Density of 5-Fu lipiodol microsphere in hepatic tissue was obviously higher than that of 5-Fu during6hours after injection.Conclusion:The5-Fu lipiodol microsphere can elevate effective rate and have good slow-releasing effect. |
