摘    要:目的:研究5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)类脂微球栓塞剂,并对其缓释性给予评价。方法:把12只纯种大白兔随机分成两组,经肝动脉分别注射5-Fu类脂微球和5-Fu注射液,按设计的时间点取肝组织样。然后,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测试。结果:5-Fu类脂微球较5-Fu注射液更加集中在肝组织内,且药物浓度下降明显延缓。结论:该微球具有良好的缓释性,可以提高药物的治疗指数。

Abstract:Objective:To prepare a slow-releasing microsphere agent and assess its releasing effect.Methods:12rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:5-Fu group and5-Fu lipiodol microsphere group.During6hours after injection,at different time spots,HPLC was used to measure the concentration of 5-Fu in each of the two groups.Results:Density of 5-Fu lipiodol microsphere in hepatic tissue was obviously higher than that of 5-Fu during6hours after injection.Conclusion:The5-Fu lipiodol microsphere can elevate effective rate and have good slow-releasing effect.
