| 摘 要： | Mrg(mas related gene)受体家族是新发现的G蛋白偶联受体家族,特异性分布于感觉传入神经元上。研究发现Mrg受体家族参与了痛觉、免疫等生理病理过程;Mrg受体的内源性配体的寻找和构效关系研究对揭示此受体系统的生理学角色有重要意义;同时针对Mrg受体及其配体的药理学研究对于相关疾病的治疗提供了一个新靶点。

| Abstract: | Recently,a large family of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) has been identified as mas-related genes (Mrgs),Which are specific expressed in small diameter sensory neurons in the trigeminal and dorsal root ganglia,suggesting a role in pain transmission.Mrgs receptors have been shown to modulate some physiological and pathological activities,such as pain and immunity.It is important to discover ligands of Mrgs for understanding and elucidating their potential physiological and pathophysiological roles.The studies on pharmacological spectrum of NPS make it an interesting target for pharmaceutical development. |
