糖皮质激素对哮喘豚鼠血浆及淋巴细胞内cAMP和cGMP的影响

实验采用豚鼠模拟哮喘发作症状,检验周围血淋巴细胞内和血浆中cAMP、cGMP浓度。结果表明:(1)哮喘发作时血浆cAMP升高,随时间的推移而下降,淋巴细胞内的变化则相反;激素干预后血浆cAMP明显下降,而淋巴细胞内cAMP则上升且有时间依存性;(2)哮喘发作后血浆cGMP升高,淋巴细胞内无变化;激素干预后血浆cGMP下降,而淋巴细胞内上升。推论糖皮质激素通过增加cAMP和cGMP水平、调整cAMP/cGMP比值参与抑制哮喘的发病过程。

Effects of glucocorriticoids on cAMP and cGMP in plasma and lymphocytes

We made a model of allergy asthma with guinea pigs and tested the concentration of the cAMP and cGMP in peripheral blood plasma and lymphocytes . The result showed: (1) The cAMP in plasma rose at asthma attack and declined with time passing. The change in lymphocytes was contrary. After using glucocorriticoids, the cAMP declined obviously in plasma and rose in lymphocytes depending on time. (2) At asthma attack the cGMP in plasma rose but no change occurred in lymphocytes. After using glucocorriticoids the cGMP declined in plasma and rose in lymphocytes. It is thought that glucocorriticoids,by raising the level of cAMP and cGMP,regulate the ratio of cAMP and cGMP and control the course of asthma.
